Delicious, flavorful and easy! You can use any combination of vegetables but the broccoli is the best part so keep that in! To reduce the calories replace the potatoes with cauliflower.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted veggies

2 1tsp Olive Oil
3 cup, chopped Broccoli
6 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
0.5 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
0.5 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black
10 large Carrots, Baby

Recipe Directions for Roasted veggies

Chop up vegetables to about the same size (1in). Mix the raw veggies with the salt, pepper and olive oil and then spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes, flipping once.
