Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Veggies

4 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
2 beet (2" dia) Beets
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, chopped Onions
2 medium Carrots
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
4 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Roasted Veggies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Combine all ingredients. Put on pan. Baked until potatoes and beets are soft.
