2.3 oz Carrots
3.4 oz Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
4.1 oz Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
3.1 oz Mushrooms
1.1 oz Red Onion
1 tbsp Olive Oil
0.333 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic

Recipe Directions for Roasted Veggies

  1. chop all veggies

  2. toss in olive oil & balsamic vinegar

  3. Add salt & pepper to taste

  4. Oven roast on broil until tender crisp

  5. about 10 minutes
