Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Veggies

1 cup red bell pepper
1 cup yellow bell pepper
2 cups broccoli
1/2 cup walnuts
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan, grated cheese
