Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Veggies

5 3/4 oz carrots
7 oz red potatoes
4 oz sliced mushrooms
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Veggies

400 - 425 degree oven. Things like potatoes, and carrots go in longest, like 45 min - an hour. Mushrooms, asparagus for between 25 - 40 min, cherry tomatoes for 15 - 20 min.
