Carameled Roasted Veggies that are yummy

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Veggies

5 cups zucchini, sliced
4 cups peppers, cubed
2 cups onions, cubed
4 cups turnip, cubed
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups carrots, sliced
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Roasted Veggies

  1. Mix everything except broccoli together, and roast, stirring every 30 minutes, until all vegetables are done and slightly browned

  2. Add broccoli and roast an additional 20 minutes
