Recipe Ingredients for Roasted veggies

1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
2 zucchini
1 1/2 cups broccoli
1 cup of grape tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Roasted veggies

cube veggies and mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in 400 degree oven for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
