Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Veggies

1 large Green Pepper
1 medium Tomato, Roma
1 large Zucchini
1 tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Veggies

  1. 1 Cut Green pepper Length Wise. Slice Roma tomato in rounds. Cube Zucchini. Wash all cut vegetables. Toss in olive oil. Place in 357 degree oven for 15 minutes uncovered.

  2. Fresh herbs may be added for additional flavor.
