Start with thawed frozen veggies. Quick and tasty. Can do with any veggies. This really brings out the sweetness of carrots and corn.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Veggies

2 cup Vegetables Mixed California Style
1 serving Basting Oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Veggies

  1. Thaw vegetables and place on paper towels to get rid of excess water.

  2. Once veggies are dry in a bowl add 1-2 tblespoons of basting oil and mix with hands.

  3. Add veggies to a cookie sheet and place on top rack of a preheated oven at 425. Cook for 15-20 min.
