Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Veggies #1

8 oz Onions
8 oz Carrots, Baby
16 oz Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
6 4/5 oz Broccoli
9 cloves Garlic
8 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
3 serving Ground Cumin
1 tbsp, leaves Basil, Dried
1 serving, raw Cilantro
2 serving Coarse Kosher Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 serving Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce

Recipe Directions for Roasted Veggies #1

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. slice onion in half then thinly slice

  3. cut mushroom into quarters

  4. cut baby carrots into halves

  5. cut potatoes into half inch cubes

  6. combine in a large bowl with seasonings and teriyaki (red pepper flakes can be added for more spice)

  7. spray mixture with olive oil cooking spray

  8. spray baking dish and cover bottom of baking dish with water, just enough to cover the bottom

  9. cover with foil and bake until potatoes are tender (about 45 minutes)
