Recipe Ingredients for Roasted veggie

1 cup, cubes Turnips
1.5 cup slices Parsnips
3 2 beets (2" dia, sphere) Beets
2 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
0.5 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
2 cup, cubes Yam
3.5 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
3 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1.5 tsp Kosher Salt

Recipe Directions for Roasted veggie

chop veggies put in bowl toss in oil and salt. bake on cookie sheet at 425 for 20 min then turn and cook another twenty or so. OH ADD FRESH ROSEMARY or time. just a little. Then at end toss with parsley if you like.
