Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Veggie Pasta Bake

0.75 medium head Cauliflower heads
0.75 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 medium stalk, raw Celery
5 cloves, raw Garlic
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
0.7 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
2 cup dry Unico Farfalle
35 grams Mexican Style Four Cheese
1.75 cup Diced Tomatoes
1.25 oz Soy Sauce
1 serving Sea Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
1 cup, chopped Cabbage, Red
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Roasted Veggie Pasta Bake

  1. Chop cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, onion, garlic, pepper, mushrooms and cayenne and toss them in a little olive oil and throw onto a baking pan. Add soy sauce and seasonings to your liking. Let bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes.

  2. Boil pasta. When pasta is al dente, add to the roasted veggie mix. Throw in the can of diced tomatoes, corn and chopped celery, as well as some cheese and mix all together. Add some more cheese on the top and then bake for about 20 more minutes. Enjoy!
