This came from a combination of leftover veggies and chicken I had.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Veggie & Garlic Pasta

2 oz whole wheat penne pasta,
1/4 c. zucchini, grilled
1/4 c. cauliflower,roasted
10 cloves garlic, roasted
1 1/2 oz. chicken breast, grilled

Recipe Directions for Roasted Veggie & Garlic Pasta

Combine all ingredients. Warm up to desired heat level (can be eaten cold also). Enjoy!
