Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Vegetables

2 potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Russet, Flesh And Skin, Baked
2 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Sweetpotato
2 medium Onions
3 carrot Carrots
1 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 medium Red Bell Pepper
1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegetables

Cut all vegetables into bite-sized cubes. Toss with olive oil. Sprinkle with Rosemary. Bake in over at 400 degrees for 1 hour, or until tender.
