Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Vegetables

1/2 stick Butter
32 oz Carrots
36.32 oz Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 large Onions
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegetables

  1. Put half a stick of butter in dutch over.

  2. Place dutch over on burner on high, until butter is melted and bubbling.

  3. Add all vegetables.

  4. Turn burner to 3 and cook until vegetables are to desired consistency.
