7 cherry Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/2 cup slices(78 g) Parsnips
1 cup, chopped(149 g) Peppers, Sweet, Red
3 cloves(9 g) Garlic
1 large(150 g) Onions
1 large(323 g) Squash, Summer, All Varieties
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for roasted vegetables

  1. cut up vegetables

  2. place in a baking tray and drizzle oil,

  3. sprinkle a little salt and bake in the oven till soft and cooked, mixing and stirring from time to time
