1/2 cup zucchini
1/2 cup yellow squash
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup tomatoes
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup bell peppers

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegetables

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Cut vegetables according to preference

  3. Spray baking pan wiht PAM

  4. Arrange vegetables on pan

  5. Sprinkle spices on to preference

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes
