Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Vegetables

2 T. apple butter
2 T. canola oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 potatoes
3 carrots
1 onion

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegetables

  1. Chopped vegetables into large chunks. You can used squash, turnips, potatoes, carrots, etc.

  2. Combine apple butter, seasonings and oil in lasrge bowl. Add veggies and toss. Cover a large baking sheet with foil. Bake 35-40 minutes, stir at least once.
