Roasted squash, brussel sprouts and mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Vegetables

3 yellow squash
1/2 cup mushrooms
2 cups brussel sprouts
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed red peppers

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegetables

Cut brussel sprouts in half, slice squash and put all vegetables in a plastic bag season and pour olive oil in bag and toss together. Then spread on a shallow cooking pan and cook approx. 15 minutes on 450 degrees.
