Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Vegetables

2 cups baby carrots
2 medium turnips
1 large red onion
1 lb fresh green beans
6 ounces fresh mushrooms
4 ounces whole garlic
2 tbsp Mrs Dash seasoning
2 ounces olive oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegetables

  1. Cube turnips, cut onion in eighths, snap beans into 2" lengths, slice mushrooms, peel garlic.

  2. Toss all in a large bowl with oil and seasonings (to taste).

  3. Pour into jelly roll or shallow roasting pans, and spread evenly.

  4. Roast at 400 until crisp/tender, about 20 minutes.
