Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Vegetables

1/4 cup yellow squash, cubed
1/4 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup fresh zucchini, cubed
1/4 cup onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1/4 cup bell pepper, cubed
1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. dried oregano

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegetables

Mix together well. Spread on baking sheet and cook under broiler for 10 minutes.
