Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Vegetables

1 pound Brussels sprouts
1/2 pound mushrooms
1 onion
6 cloves garlic
1/2 pound baby carrots
1/4 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegetables

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Use a large oven proof pan

  3. wash and trim all vegies

  4. cut onion into large chunks

  5. "press" the garlic

  6. add all ingredients

  7. Bake uncovered for 60 minutes -or until sprouts are "al dente"
