Recipe Ingredients for Roasted vegetables

2 lb. potatoes
3 carrots
2 onions
8 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Roasted vegetables

  1. Chop all the vegetables into thick chunks.

  2. Leave garlic in whole cloves.

  3. Coat with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

  4. Roast in a 375 to 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
