2 cup tomato
1 cup onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

  1. in a large bowl and spread out on a baking sheet.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are soft and slid off of a fork
