Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Vegetables

3 cups zuchinni
1 cup yellow squash
1 cup onion
1 cup mushrooms
4 garlic cloves
1/2 cup tomato
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp white wine
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 herbs to taste

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegetables

  1. Slice Veggies to your preference

  2. Mix oil, wine, lemon juice and herbs

  3. stir togehter

  4. place in grill wok or skewer

  5. grill to perfection!
