Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Vegetables

1 large zucchini, cubed
3 medium Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 large squash, cubed
1 large onion, cubed
1 pound fresh green beans, snapped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 Poultry Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegetables

Cube all vegetables and place into casserole dish. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Add olive oil and seasoning, stir to coat. Roast vegetables approximately 35-40 minutes. Stir at least twice to ensure even cooking. Vegetables should have brown tips.
