Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Vegetables & Orzo

8 oz Orzo
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
2 cloves, raw Garlic
3 1tsp Olive Oil
2 cup (1" cubes) Eggplant
6 oz Juice
0.5 oz Pine Nuts
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 wedge (1.33 oz) Feta Cheese

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegetables & Orzo

roaste vegetables for 40 mins at 350. Boild orzo and drain. Mix lemon juice and olive oil together. Cut feta into small squares, mix all together.
