42 oz Yukon Gold potatoes, cubed
21 oz Yellow onions, diced
16 oz baby carrots
64 grams celery, diced
1 medium rutabaga, diced
1/2 large squash, cubed
2 cups chicken broth
4 cups water

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegetables 2

Combine all ingredients into a dutch oven or covered casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook at 400 degrees for 90 minutes.
