Pretty combination of vegetables. I normally use Mrs. Dash seasoning

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted vegetables 1

6 large (1" to 1-1/4" dia) Radishes
16 oz Asparagus
6 oz Mushrooms
2 clove Garlic
1/4 sec spray Cooking Spray

Recipe Directions for Roasted vegetables 1

  1. Cut asparagus into one inch pieces. Cut radishes and musrooms in quarters and mince garlic. Lightly coat baking pan with olive oil spray. Toss vegetables on pan, season to taste.

  2. Bake at 425 until tender and lightly browned.
