1 oz baby spinach

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegetable Wrap

  1. Spread cheese on tortilla

  2. Place half of spinach

  3. Place roasted vegetables

  4. Place rest of spinach (such that vegetables are shielded from tortilla and don't make it soggy)

  5. Wrap the wrap
