10 oz Organic Tofu, Firm
1.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 clove Garlic
1 tablespoon Rosemary

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegetable Tofu Hash

Dice/Mince all, toss, roast at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir once half way through.
