Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Vegetable Spread

8 oz Cream Cheese Light
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup, sliced Onions
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegetable Spread

Cut veg in similar size. Place on baking stone or sheet and rub with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for about 35 min at 375 F stirring once or twice. Let veg cool. Add cheese, veg and garlic poweder to food processor. Blend until well mixed.
