Oven roasted vegetables pureed into soup

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Vegetable Soup

92 g celery
244 g turnip
198 g carrot
142 g red pepper
14 g green onion
2 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp Thai Seasoning
120 g Chicken with Rice Condensed Soup

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegetable Soup

All ingredients covered into 350 over for 20', then uncovered for another 10 minutes, then pureed. Add broth or water to thickness. Season to your own taste. Suggest a tbsp of Thai Seasoning and 1 tbsp of ginger.
