Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Vegetable

2 oz Carrots
2 2 beets (2" dia, sphere) Beets
2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
2 clove Garlic
0.5 small (2-3/4") Apples
4 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegetable

  1. Cut up veg.

  2. Toss with olive oil

  3. Roast at 400C till done
