Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Vegetable Quesadilla

1 piece Low Carb Wraps
0.13 cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
0.13 cup Nacho and Taco Shredded Cheese
0.25 oz Cilantro
0.33 cup sliced Mushrooms, Brown, Italian, Or Crimini
0.33 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegetable Quesadilla

Saute veggies with a little pure olive oil until softened. Heat skillet and warm tortilla. Add cheese to tortilla. Once cheese is most of the way melted add a little cilantro and the veggies.
