Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Vegetable Pizza

16 ounces Trader Joes Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 cup zucchini, sliced
3/4 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced
3/4 cup red onion, sliced
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1/3 cup light ricotta cheese
1 1/2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegetable Pizza

  1. 1) Chop veggies and put on baking sheet, coat with the olive oil and salt and pepper. Bake at 475 for 15 minutes

  2. 2) Roll out dough, spread with tomato sauce, red pepper, and add mozzarella cheese (not included in calorie count)

  3. 3) Put roasted vegetables on pizza and dollop with ricotta

  4. 4) Bake in oven for 12 minutes or until brown and bubbly
