Vegetables roasted in a tinfoil packet, cooks right along with a main course roast of beef, pork or chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted vegetable packet

16 oz fresh green beans
8 oz sliced cremini mushrooms
1 onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
3 medium+slices,+cooked+raw+product+packed+20/lb bacon
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for Roasted vegetable packet

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Place a large sheet of heavy duty tinfol over a large baking sheet and spray it with olive oil flavored pan spray.

  3. Place raw vegetables on foil, drizzle olive oil and vinegar over vegetables, season with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Crumble three slices of pre-cooked bacon over all.

  5. Wrap vegetables tightly in tin foil, sealing the edges well.

  6. Place in the preheated oven and cook for 45 minutes or until the green beans are tender.

  7. Serve as a side dish with roasted meat.
