massive, but relatively low calorie meal to finish off the day when you have had a "treat meal" of 1000 calories or more. toss a piece of meat, pork, chicken or fish in with it to make a less then 1000 calorie feast

Recipe Ingredients for roasted vegetable feast

1/2 pound potatoes
1/2 pound celery
1 onion
8 cloves garlic
1/2 pound zucchini
1/2 pound carrots
1/2 pound brussels sprouts
1 tbsp rosemary
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for roasted vegetable feast

  1. preheat oven to 450 f

  2. roughly chop all veg trying to maintain even size

  3. arrange on foil on a cookie sheet

  4. sprinkle with spices

  5. I like mine slightly caramelized, so I cook at least 35-40 minutes. cook more or less to your taste
