Recipe Ingredients for Roasted vege and cous cous salad

1.5 cup, cooked Couscous, Cooked
1 cup Spinach
3 medium Carrots, Baby
2 Serving Tomatoes
4 beets (2" dia, sphere) Beets
1 cup Sweetpotato
2 small Onions
1 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
0.25 cup Vinegar red wine
3 serving Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Sauce
0.5 cup (1" cubes) Pumpkin
4 1tsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
0.2 tbsp Fish Sauce

Recipe Directions for Roasted vege and cous cous salad

  1. Roast veges with oil (except spinach)

  2. Dressing: add sweet chill, rice wine vinegar, fish sauce and a little corriander together. mix

  3. Cook cous cous as per box instructions.

  4. Assemble: cous cous on bottom. Roasted veges, feta, spinach.

  5. Add dressing to taste
