1 (600g) potatoes
1 (300g) carrots
1 (200g) mushrooms
1 (200g) yellow bell pepper
1 (200g) onion
2 cups celery
1 (100g) tomatoes
2 teaspoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for roasted veg

  1. wash and peel

  2. cut up into chunks

  3. season add oil and toss

  4. roast 40 min aprox

  5. keep stairing at regular intavels to pevent burning
