1 courgette
4 oz aubergine
4 oz butternut squash
1/2 oz fresh thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for roasted veg

chop all the ingredients sprinkle the thyme and olive oil and bake for 40 minutes on 180c
