Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Veg with Honey & Mustard

100 grams Parsnips
1 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
2 Potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
5 grams Mustard
2 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled

Recipe Directions for Roasted Veg with Honey & Mustard

  1. Chop vegetables and par boil for 2 to 3 mins.

  2. Put in pre-heated oven (200 degrees C) for 30 mins, turning halfway through.

  3. Mix mustard, lemon juice and honey. After 30 mins, pour over veg and stir through. Roast for a further 10 to 15 mins until crispy and golden.
