Recipe Ingredients for Roasted veg with garlic and rosemary

2 potatoes
3 carrots
2 1/2 peppers
2 red onions
2 garlic cloves
2 leeks
3 mushrooms
150 g spinach
1 tbsp rosemary
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted veg with garlic and rosemary

  1. Chop all ingrediants and apart from spinach and roast for 1 hour tossing on occasion.

  2. Add spinach and roast for further 5 mins

  3. Serve
