Recipe Ingredients for Roasted turnips

400 g turnips, peeled and quartered
240 g pear
30 g Garlic, roasted and peeled
10 g butter
10 g milk

Recipe Directions for Roasted turnips

  1. Steam turnips over boiling water until fork tender, about 15 minutes.

  2. Drain turnips and place in a food processor or blender along with pear, garlic, and margarine. Process until smooth, adding skim milk as needed.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.
