Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Turnips, Parsnips, and Potatoes.

2 cups parsnips
2 turnips
2 potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Roasted Turnips, Parsnips, and Potatoes.

  1. Preheat oven to 500; make sure veggies are chopped to same size.

  2. Toss veggies and garlic in olive oil with salt and pepper. pour into roasting pan.

  3. Roast veggies until tender, 30-40 min.
