Recipe Ingredients for Roasted turkey and vegetables

2 pound turkey
4 cups potatoes
2 cups carrots
2 cups celery
2 cups green peppers
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp dill
1 tsp chives
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Roasted turkey and vegetables

Place turkey in roasting pan 24 hours prior to cooking and marinade with lemon juice and dill add vegetables in roasting pan place each type of vegetable according to what it is together carrots are going to be lightly covered with honey and brown sugar and potates with chives and green peppers with a little salt and pepper and celery and turkey to get the remaining dill roas t turkey according to required time and enjoy.
