Recipe Ingredients for roasted turkey

1 lb turkey
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp paprika
3 tbsp parsley, basil and rosemary mixed ground

Recipe Directions for roasted turkey

one turkey rinsed and pat dried placed in a roasting pan sprinkled with all the dry ingredients then put in over roasted with cover on roasting pan. The turkey is placed on a rack on the bottom of the pan. Cook on 325 for about 20 minutes per pound. use meat thermometer and when at l60-180 degrees then done. Let rest for about 1/2 an hour before slicing.
