Roasted Turkey breast with veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Turkey Breast Tenderloins and Veggies

1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp minced onion
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
3 cup carrots
2 cup celery
2 cup onion
1 tbsp olive oil
24 oz turkey breast tenderloin
2 tsp corn starch

Recipe Directions for Roasted Turkey Breast Tenderloins and Veggies

  1. Combine seasonings Mix 2 tsp seasoning with melted butter, toss with veggies.

  2. Roast uncovered for 15 min at 425.

  3. Rub oil on turkey and remaining seasoning.

  4. Place in roaster and bake uncovered 25 min.

  5. Pour cooking juices into pan.

  6. Mix cornstarch and water until smooth.

  7. Pour into pan. boil and stir for 2 min.
