Cherry or grape tomatoes baked with capers and peppers. Toss with pasta or top grilled chicken, easy prep and easy clean up.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Tomatos with Capers

2 pints cherry tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
3 tbls capers
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbls extra virgin olive oil
2 tbls bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Roasted Tomatos with Capers

Combine all ingredients except for bread crumbs in a casserole dish. Stir until salt, peppers, and capers are well distributed. Sprinkly with bread crumbs and bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes. Toss with pasta or serve over chicken breast.
