Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Tomatoes and Bell Pepper

1 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
14 oz Organic Cherry Tomatoes
1 serving(15 g) Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Tomatoes and Bell Pepper

Cut bell pepper into strips, and add cherry tomatoes. Toss in oil to coat, place in oven under broiler until roasted. Tomatoes will burst slightly and pepper may have brown and or slightly blackened parts.
